1. Friends of Adyar
Question: What is 'Friends of Adyar'?
Answer: All purchases made in store, via the internet or received by mail are now automatically logged in our Friends of Adyar customer reward scheme. Every purchase registered against your name will count towards our reward total of $300, with each dollar earning one point. A $30 gift voucher will be issued to you upon reaching the reward total, whereupon your reward purchase total starts again. Please note that points expire on the 12 month anniversary of their accumulation.  For example, points earned on 1 March 2011 will expire on 1 March 2012, unless redeemed beforehand.  All purchases regardless of when they were made do remain in our system for archival purposes. For purchases made at the store, simply mention that you are a Friend of Adyar at the beginning of the sale. As with any reward program, it's also a good idea to keep a record of your purchases for your own reference. To register for Friends of Adyar, we just need your contact details - this can be submitted in person at the store, by telephone (02 9267 8509) or fax (02 9267 4719).

2. Returns Policy
Question: What is your policy on returns?
Answer: We are happy to exchange books or other items (except CD's, Audio Cassettes and Videos) for other goods or a credit voucher providing the following conditions are met: (i)The items are returned within one month of purchase. (ii)The items are still in mint/re-saleable condition. (iii)You have kept your receipt. CD's, Audio Cassettes and Videos are unable to be exchanged or returned for 'change of mind' purchases. Faulty items (misprinted, misbound etc.) will be refunded in full providing the items are returned within one month of purchase and you have kept your receipt.

3. Postage Charges and Payment Options
Question: What will post or freight cost me?

4. Backorders
Question: What happens if only part of my order is in stock?
Answer: In-stock items will be posted ASAP upon receipt of order. Out-of-stock items will be posted as soon as we receive stock.

5. Price Changes
Question: The price of the item I'm interested in has changed since I last visited. Why?
Answer: All recommended retail prices are subject to change without notice. From time to time publishers alter their recommended retail prices and we are obliged to reflect these changes in our database. We make every effort to update these price changes promptly to ensure that the prices featured on our website are as accurate as possible.
